The porter cable pc1014 can t compete with the precision finish of the pricey sets but they drill flawless holes nonetheless.

I bought this set mainly because i wanted the 2 saws and the larger charger that is needed for them.
I bought a porter cable 20 v drill and impact driver set 3 yrs.
It works great for trimming my queen palms.
It comes with two batteries that charge relatively quickly but they also lose power faster than average.
You ll be glad you did.
If you are looking for a forstner bit set pull the trigger on this one.

It s not the most powerful model we reviewed but it performs most tasks you need a drill for well.
The l ion batteries are much lighter and the pc tools are lighter than the bosch.
Reviewed in the united states on june 8 2018 the drill has plenty of power and having an extra battery is great but the bits don t lock in and slip out when you reverse the drill.
Go brushless for increased runtime and performance.
