Fastening wood quickly and securely to concrete is a simple job with this method from my contractor s bag o tricks.

Concrete screws come in 3 16 and 1 4 inch diameter in lengths up to 3 3 4 inches. Fortunately there are many ways to make the transition from concrete floors and wall frames to wood floors and drywall.
